scAGN dataset

This dataset is used for reproducing results from a novel method called scAGN for cell-type identification from an unlabeled transcriptomics dataset given a reference dataset with know labels or cell types. scAGN method uses an attention-based graph neural network for neural network training using a transductive learning approach.
