About CyVerse Data Commons

The CyVerse Data Commons provides services to manage, organize, preserve, publish, discover, and reuse research data. It is the data repository of CyVerse, hosting community-released datasets alongside data curated by CyVerse.

You can browse and search datasets contributed by research organizations and communities, download data over standard web protocols, and explore the metadata attached to every dataset. Datasets are grouped by the organizations that publish them.
