ReADI Smartphone Health and Activity

The Reliable Analytics for Disease Indicators (ReADI) studies were conducted as part of the program, funded by Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The study aimed to determine if it is possible to detect evidence of illness or physiological disturbance using only passively recorded signals from smartphones. A subset of 150 participants were selected for sharing a representative sample, including participants that reported being diagnosed with an infectious disease or received a diagnosis of a traumatic brain injury (TBI), as well as participants who did not report such cases but provided data regularly.
