The total length of desi reference genome has 412.03Mb sequence (in 12,686 contigs) which includes 5.14% of N regions, with contig length range between 61.75Mb to 1Kb size. Overall 375.06 Mb of the sequence was incorporated into 8 pseudomolecules.
