Reicher_PooledProteinTagging_2020

In our manuscript "Pooled protein tagging, cellular imaging and in situ sequencing for monitoring drug action in real time" we describe a scalable method to characterize effects of drug treatments on protein localizations. Here we provide images of hundreds of clonal cell lines expressing GFP tagged proteins and the images of the in situ sequencing of fixed cells in a pooled format.
