LiDar Point Clouds of Hybrid Maize Field Plots

This dataset contains raw and processed LiDar data from field-grown maize hybrid trial plots from the NYH2 and NYH3 locations of the 2018 Genomes to Fields experiment. LiDar data were captured by an EarthSense TerraSentia rover equipped with a Hokuyo UST-10LX planar LiDar. These data accompany the publication 'In-field whole plant maize architecture characterized by sub-canopy rovers and Latent Space Phenotyping', Gage et al., 2019, The Plant Phenome Journal.
