Heritable temporal gene expression patterns correlate with metabolomic seed content in developing hexaploid oat seed - Supporting information

Data in this directory is part of supporting information of the manuscript by PBJ titled “Heritable temporal gene expression patterns correlate with metabolomic seed content in developing hexaploid oat seed”. It includes a comprehensive de novo oat seed transcriptome assembly, transcriptome annotation with GO term assignations, expression levels of 22 lines across 6 develpmental time points and the identities of differentially expressed genes, as well as the raw read sequences. The raw reads included both full-transcript RNASeq reads squenced by Illumina HiSeq 2000 (2100bp) and MiSeq (2300bp) and 3’ RNASeq libraries sequenced by NextSeq500/HiSeq2000 with a 150 nt single-end run.
