Data packages for One Thousand Plant transcriptomes and phylogenomics of green plants

Transcript assemblies, multiple sequence alignments, gene tree and species trees included in analyses described in One Thousand Plant Transcriptomes Initiative publication. Data handling and analyses scripts are also included for gene tree estimation, species tree estimation, genome duplication inference and gene family expansion and contraction inference.
