MaizeCode_annotation_evidence_data_2017

Here we provide a standardized evidence datasets for doing MAKER-P annotation on maize genomes. The data was collected from public repositories like genbank, gramene and published maize assay studies. This data was filtered as described in the Read_me.txt. The intention of the datasets is to provide the community users with a standardized evidencedata sets for doing maize annotation. These evidences were used in the MaizeCode project for annotating B73,W22, NC350 and Teosinte-11 genomes. You use this data with the Maize MAKER-P annotation image available on JetStream
